This is a focused, one-on-one strategic experience designed to bring clarity to a specific challenge or decision and provide you with a practical framework you can continue to apply independently. While our session is guided, the goal is not simply to address the immediate issue, it is to equip you with a repeatable approach for navigating complex decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

What to Expect

1. Intake & Preparation

An intake form will be provided in advance of your session. This preparation is an important part of the process and allows us to use our 90 minutes together with intention and focus.

2. Your 90-Minute One-on-One Strategic Session

During our 90-minute session, we will introduce and apply the Strategic Clarity framework to the specific items identified in your intake.

We will prioritize one main or complex problem so that you can experience the framework in depth and leave with a clear understanding of how to apply it independently. Depending on the nature of the issue, the session may result in several meaningful action items.

For general reference, the anticipated session flow is outlined below. These timeframes are approximations and may shift based on your specific needs and the complexity of the issue. No preparation beyond completing the intake form is required.

• Frame the Problem — 10 minutes
  Define the issue, clarify what is truly at stake, and establish the decision that needs to be addressed.

• Diagnose — 20 minutes
  Examine the underlying factors, assumptions, constraints, and dynamics influencing the situation.

• Generate & Challenge Options — 20 minutes
  Develop meaningful options and rigorously examine them to uncover strengths, weaknesses, trade-offs, and potential blind spots.

• Make the Decision — 15 minutes
  Evaluate the options against what matters most and arrive at a clear, considered decision.

• Turn Decision into Action — 15 minutes
  Translate the decision into practical next steps, priorities, and accountability.

3. Your Strategic Brief

Within one business day following our session, One Choice Today will provide a 1–2 page Strategic Brief capturing the key outcomes of our work together.

The brief will include:

• Decision — the decision reached during our session
• Key Insights — the most important considerations and discoveries
• Options — the alternatives considered
• Why This Path — the rationale supporting the decision
• Risks / Watch Outs — important risks, assumptions, or factors to monitor
• Next 3 Actions — the immediate actions that move the decision forward
• Reassessment Trigger — the circumstance or signal that should prompt you to revisit the decision

The Strategic Brief is designed to serve as a concise reference point after our session, giving you a clear record of the decision, the thinking behind it, and the actions that follow.
